*The T will operate Cowboys Coach Service to the Dallas Cowboys game on Thanksgiving Day
*Free bus service on The T on Friday after 4 p.m. to reduce traffic to downtown “Parade of Lights”
FORT WORTH (November 10, 2011) -- The T will operate the following schedule during the two-day Thanksgiving holiday period.
Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24
* No operation for The T’s regular bus service, Mobility Impaired Services, Molly the Trolley and the Trinity Railway Express (TRE).
*Customer service and administrative offices will be closed.
* The T will operate Cowboys Coach service to the Dallas Cowboys – Miami Dolphins game, with bus departures from 1:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. from TRE’s T&P Station park and ride lot.
Friday, November 25
*The T’s buses, Mobility Impaired Services and Molly the Trolley follow a regular weekday schedule.
*The Trinity Railway Express will operate a modified Saturday schedule that includes the addition of four early morning trains to accommodate commuters.
*Customer service phone lines will be answered from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. and the customer kiosk at the Intermodal Transportation Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
* Administrative offices will be closed.
Free Bus Service after 4 p.m. on Friday Only
The T’s regular bus service will be free on Friday after 4 p.m. to encourage use of transit to the Chesapeake Energy/CHASE Parade of Lights in Sundance Square that starts at 6:00 p.m.
