Obtaining a Reduced Fare Photo ID

For Persons with Disabilities

Visit one of The T approved certifying agencies. Take your Medicare insurance card, current Social Security or Veterans benefits award letter to the certifying agency as your proof of disability. A representative will complete and sign a green reduced fare registration card.  Persons with disabilities holding a current Medicare card do not need to be certified by one of the approved certifying agencies.  Bring your Medicare card and a valid State of Texas ID or Driver's License with a picture to the address listed below to obtain your reduced fare photo identification card.
