The T's Mobility-Impaired Transportation Service offers you door-to-door transportation within the service areas of Fort Worth, Richland Hills and Blue Mound. Trained drivers are available to assist passengers in boarding and alighting vehicles specially designed to accommodate the mobility impaired. By following the enclosed guidelines, your trip can be pleasant, relaxing and trouble-free. Please keep this rider's guide handy for future reference.

Hours of Operation

Weekday/Saturday/Sunday Service

The T’s Mobility Impaired Transportation Service (MITS) operates on a daily schedule that is comparable to our fixed-route bus service.

Holiday Service

Observed holidays are Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve and run on a reduced schedule. No service on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.

MITS customer service is The T's top priority.

Supplemental Service Providers

MITS contracts with private companies -Gold N Star, Metro Charter Tours, Wheels, Yellow Cab and Howard Medical Transportation- to supplement MITS service. They provide the same door-to-door service with the same policies (i.e. no smoking in vehicles, same fare, etc.) Please call the MITS office at 817.215.8600 to report incidents or ask questions regarding MITS service.
