RFP 08-T022 - Employee Benefits Broker Services
The Fort Worth Transportation Authority is seeking proposals for Employee Benefits Broker Services. Services include brokering HRA, FSA, COBRA, 401K and 457B, Health, Dental, Term and Whole Life Insurance with ADD, and LTC. Sealed proposals (RFP 08-T022) are due not later than 3:00 PM CST, May 06, 2008.
