NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Lease of The T’s Properties for Mineral Development
Madill Corridor, Dallas County, Texas

Pursuant to Natural Resources Code, § 71.004, the Fort Worth Transportation Authority (“The T”) will hold a public hearing during its regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting at 4:00 p.m., May 21, 2009, in the Second Floor Board Room, 1600 E. Lancaster Avenue, for the purpose of consideration of mineral interest lease bids and receiving public comment on the bid received.

One bid was received, as follows:

Bidder: - Trinity East, LLC
Term of Lease - Five (5) Years
Number of Acres: - 69.65
Signing Bonus: - $1,550 per acre (Total Signing Bonus: $107,975.50)
Royalty: - Twenty Five Percent (25%)

The Board of Directors will vote on this item at the Board meeting immediately following the hearing.
